Jane Doe reported to the emergency room nurse on October 12th at 12:23 PM, alleging that she might have been sexually assaulted between October 7th and 8th. She mentioned that she couldn’t remember if something was slipped into her drink during a gathering with co-workers at a hotel. Her memory lapse extended until October 9th, when she had sex with her husband and suddenly recalled the potential assault by Pete Hegseth.
“The Alleged Incident and Jane Doe’s Account:10-8-17 DOE was at the Hyatt consuming alcohol with coworkers. was not sure, but believes that something may have been slipped into her drink, as she cannot remember most of the nights events. said that DOE remembers being in one of her coworker’s hotel rooms a nd remembers being ejaculated on. s a i d DOE could not remember whether or not any sexual penetration occurred, but believes that she was sexually assaulted at that time.”

She texted he was giving “creeper” vibes and that other women found him “dreamy” and wanted pictures with him. She herself had taken a picture with Pete Hegseth earlier in the day because people were commenting about them.
“JANE DOE stated she remembered walking out of the bar and assumed HEGSETH followed her because she argued with HEGSETH near the pool. The argument was about HEGSETH’S actions with the women at the conference. JANE DOE remembered HEGSETH tell her that he was a nice guy.
JANE DOE stated the next memory she had was when she was in an unknown room. JANE DOE did not know where she was and how she got to the room. HEGSETH was in the room with her. JANE DOE remembered having her phone and HEGSETH inquired to whom JANE DOE was texting. HEGSETH took her phone from her hands. JANE DOE stated she got up and tried to leave the room, but HEGSETH blocked the door with his body. JANE DOE remembered saying “no” a lot. JANE DOE stated she did not remember much else.
JANE DOE’S next memory was when she was on a bed or a couch and HEGSETH was over her. HEGSETH’S dog tags were hovering over her face.
HEGSETH was bare-chested, but JANE DOE does not know fi his shirt was completely of. JANE DOE did not notice any tattoos, scars and or marks on HEGSETH’S body. JANE DOE stated she had seen HEGSETH fully nude during this incident.
The next memory JANE DOE had was when HEGSETH ejaculated on her stomach. HEGSETH threw a towel at her and asked her “are you ok?”

Surveillance Footage: According to the police report based on video surveillance, Pete Hegseth, Jane Doe, and another woman were seen together entering Knuckles bar at 23:58 on 10/7/17. Later, at 1:15 AM, the footage shows Pete and Jane Doe leaving the bar hand in hand, walking towards the pool.
Questions Raised:

Provided me with the following information:
He was working the front counter at the hotel on 10-7-17. He was working the night shift.
On 10-8-17, at approximately 0130 hours, two separate guests in building 4 had called the front desk to complain about a couple near the pool causing a disturbance and being loud. contacted hotel security, but she was busy. stated he left the lobby and headed to the pool.
Upon arrival, contacted JANE DOE and HEGSETH near the pool. The pool is located near building 4 and 5 stated HEGSETH began to curse
I reviewed the video surveillance video with video time stamp was slow by 15 minutes.
when he contacted JANE DOE and HEGSETH. HEGSETH told that he had freedom of speech. JANE DOE intervened and told that they were Republicans and apologized for HEGSETH’S actions. stated JANE DOE placed her hand and arm on the back of HEGSETH and escorted him towards building 4 and 5
stated he watched HEGSETH and JANE DOE disappear into the area of building 5. ran back to the lobby.
stated HEGSETH was very intoxicated.
stated JANE DOE was not intoxicated, was standing on her own and was very coherent.
I continued to search the video surveillance footage. I located additional footage of JANE DOE and HEGSETH together. The video showed JANE DOE and HEGSETH walking from the inner entry/exit door of Knuckles Bar. The video showed JANE DOE and HEGSETH walking together, with arms locked together. HEGSETH seemed to be talking and JANE DOE was smiling. Both did not have an unsteady gait. HEGSETH and JANE DOE are seen walking out of the lobby, still locked arms and headed towards the pool. The time stamp was 10-8-17, at approximately 01:15 hour or 1:30 in real time.
There was no video footage inside Knuckles Bar and near the pool.
